Bob is a certified hypnotist, NLP Trainer and was trained in EEG Neurofeedback. He received his certification in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and wrote his dissertation on Stress and Epigenetics, studying how lifestyle affects the expression of our genes. Bob is also a member of the Cognitive Neuroscience Society. In March 2015 he set an all-time record performing 79 non-stop pull-ups. He is passionate about challenging his mind and body to stay healthy and fit.
